JOB SUMMARY

Skinsational is an established and growing medical aesthetics practice in Denver, NC , seeking an exceptional RN or Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. We are looking for someone who combines strong clinical aptitude with confidence, warmth, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for aesthetic medicine. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on procedures, connects naturally with patients, learns quickly, and is excited to build both their skills and patient clientele. This position will begin at approximately 2 days per week , with the opportunity to grow to three days as clinical competency, skill set and patient demand develop. We are actively hiring and looking for the right candidate to join our team immediately.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform aesthetic treatments based on training and demonstrated competency, including injectables, laser/IPL, RF and medical microneedling, and CO₂ laser Conduct consultations, educate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide follow-up care Maintain accurate clinical documentation, photography, and safety standards Build strong, long-term patient relationships and deliver an exceptional patient experience Participate in community events, local business partnerships, and off-site promotional opportunities Participate in social media and practice marketing to build professional visibility and grow a loyal patient following For qualified NPs, the role may expand into additional provider-level services based on experience and practice needs

QUALIFICATIONS

Active North Carolina RN or NP license Strong clinical judgment, procedural aptitude, and attention to detail Warm, confident, professional, and comfortable building relationships Motivated, dependable, coachable, and able to take initiative Comfortable representing Skinsational both in the practice and within the local community Interest in building a loyal patient clientele and contributing to practice growth Aesthetic experience preferred, but not required for an exceptional candidate with the right clinical foundation and desire to learn Experience in aesthetics, ER, ICU, progressive care, perioperative/procedural nursing, or another hands-on clinical setting is highly valued
