Schedule/Hours:
36 hours per week
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU Assess, monitor, and document patient status and responses to interventions Implement physician orders and maintain clear communication with the interdisciplinary team Adhere to safety protocols and best practices for patient care in high-acuity environments Educate and support patients' families throughout the continuum of care
Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license with ICU clinical experience required Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities Prior travel nursing experience is a plus, though not required
