Key Qualifications:

Active RN license (NC or compact state) Recent, hands-on experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) nursing required BLS and ACLS certifications Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration abilities Familiarity with the latest cardiovascular surgical practices and equipment preferred

Schedule/Hours:

Full-time travel assignment 40 hours per week, flexible shift options

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiovascular surgeries Assist surgeons and maintain sterile technique within the operating room Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, documenting all perioperative events Actively participate in multidisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Comply with all safety and infection prevention protocols
