Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications/Experience:

Active RN license in good standing Minimum one year recent experience in Med-Surg (Medical-Surgical) nursing BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Adaptable to new clinical environments and electronic medical record systems

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered care to adult Med-Surg populations Perform ongoing assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in compliance with facility guidelines
