A Major Financial Opportunity for Qualifying Nurses Alliance Health Group is participating in a major nursing workforce initiative that may provide substantial financial assistance to qualifying nurses who make a long-term commitment to working in a participating nursing home. Eligible nurses may be able to receive: Up to $40,000 in student loan repayment assistance Up to an additional $10,000 financial stipend Financial assistance in exchange for a three-year commitment to a participating nursing home Generally, qualifying nurses must: Hold an active RN license Work 30+ hours per week at a participating nursing home Make a three-year employment commitment Have qualifying student loan debt or have graduated from a nursing program within the past two years How it works: You begin your nursing career with Alliance Health Group. Once you are employed and meet the applicable requirements, we will connect you with the appropriate program representatives to determine your eligibility and assist you with the next steps. Financial assistance is subject to program requirements, eligibility, approval, funding availability, and successful completion of the required employment commitment.
