The Opportunity We are currently seeking a dedicated Admissions Nurse - RN/LPN What You Will Do Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' medical needs and develop individualized care plans Monitor residents' progress and make necessary adjustments to their care plans Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding their medical conditions and treatment options Collaborate with insurance providers to obtain necessary authorizations for medical procedures or treatments Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident interactions and care plans Duties as assigned What You Must Have Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
