Responsibilities include:
Delivering exceptional critical care to ICU patients, utilizing comprehensive assessment, monitoring, and intervention skills. Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans. Administering medications, managing high-acuity equipment, and responding rapidly to changes in patient conditions. Educating patients and family members to ensure understanding and support during complex medical situations. Maintaining meticulous documentation and prioritizing patient safety at all times.
Desired qualifications:
Active RN license. Recent ICU experience (at least 1 year preferred). BLS and ACLS certifications. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
