Key Responsibilities:
Deliver perioperative care to cardiovascular surgery patients, including preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative support Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs for optimal patient outcomes Follow aseptic techniques and safety protocols specific to the CVOR setting Monitor patient status and participate actively in emergency interventions Maintain precise documentation and continuous communication with the surgical team
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered RN license Previous experience in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) strongly preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent clinical judgement and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
