As a travel RN with expertise in the CVOR, you'll work alongside dedicated professionals, gaining exposure to a variety of workplace protocols and leadership styles distinct to this facility. Broaden your resume by collaborating with diverse surgical teams, handling innovative cardiovascular procedures, and developing advanced perioperative competencies. Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment (specific schedule to be confirmed during interview)
Required Qualifications:
Active RN license Previous experience as a CVOR RN BLS and ACLS certifications Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication abilities Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to support all phases of operation Prepare, maintain, and monitor surgical instruments and equipment Ensure strict adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols Deliver patient education and support pre- and post-procedure
