The RN Care Coordinator leads the daily nursing and health care operations at the Williams Adult Day Center, helping ensure participants receive timely, compassionate care. This position supervises and supports the health care team, coordinates nursing services, and works closely with participants, families, and program leadership. What You'll Do Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate health care staff. Coordinate staff scheduling, coverage, orientation, training, and required certifications. Assist with participant assessments, plans of care, nursing documentation, and health-related follow-up. Provide direct nursing support, including medication administration, first aid, emergency care, and assistance with activities of daily living as needed. Communicate with participants and families and provide education, referrals, and support. Help maintain safety, infection control, documentation, and health care compliance requirements. Serve as a leadership resource for Williams Adult Day Center operations. What We're Looking For Current RN license in good standing with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Experience working with older adults and individuals living with memory loss. Two years of supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, documentation, and relationship-building skills. What to Expect This position reports to the Director of the Williams Adult Day Center and oversees direct nursing care while supporting health care operations and compliance. The role requires the ability to stand and walk throughout the workday, assist with participant transfers or mobility, and lift up to 50 pounds. The RN Care Coordinator plays an important role in creating a safe, supportive environment for participants while providing leadership and guidance to the health care team.
