Winterville, NC Job Details PRN $25 - $35 an hour 13 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Interpersonal skills Customer service HIPAA Home health Epic Full Job Description Overview Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Home Care Nurse, where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by providing care to our clients as needed and training and assisting the In Home Aides with the skills needed to care for the clients in a safe and knowledged based fashion. As a vital member of our team, you will utilize your clinical skills and critical thinking to assess, plan, and implement tailored care plans that meet each individual's unique needs. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed health histories to inform individualized care plans. Complete 90 day supervisory visits to the clients. Customer Satisfaction calls monthly. 90 day client review charts In charge of monthly in-service to the aides. Competency check offs for the aides. Skills Ability to perform physical examinations and assessments accurately while maintaining clinical confidentiality policies under HIPAA regulations. Excellent caregiver communication skills to educate patients' families about treatment plans while ensuring compliance with long-term care standards.
