Requirements:
Active RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in ICU, with proven proficiency in high-acuity care BLS and ACLS certifications (current) Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills Flexibility to adapt to a variety of electronic health record systems and care practices
Schedule:
36 hours per week (specific shifts to be determined)
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on, patient-centered care in the ICU, managing complex and rapidly changing conditions Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes Monitor, assess, and document vital signs and treatment progress Respond to emergencies and perform necessary interventions Educate patients and families, ensuring they are informed and supported
