Qualifications:
Active RN license, valid for the state of North Carolina (or compact license) Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry nursing Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong assessment, monitoring, and critical-thinking abilities Adaptability and a collaborative spirit in diverse healthcare teams
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care in a Telemetry setting, monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety
