What Were Seeking:

RN or LPN license in good standing Experience caring for pediatric patients, preferably in a school or home health setting Competence with tracheostomy care and handling complex health needs (details will be discussed during the interview) Strong communication skills to coordinate with school staff, healthcare teams, and families Compassion, patience, and adaptability to support a young student with unique medical challenges

What Youll Do:

Deliver direct, 1:1 care to a four-year-old student throughout the school day Monitor medical conditions and respond to health needs as they arise Provide trach care and attend to other specific health requirements Keep detailed health records and report any changes to families and staff Participate in planning and meetings as needed to support the students educational access and daily routines

Schedule Details:
