Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions. Unit Details Charge RN nights role; ideally no patient assignment, but may take patients at night if staffing is short. May also take patients if census is less than 22, though this is rare. Dyad model with dedicated CNA support and virtual nurse support; CNA ratio 1:6-7 and virtual nurse ratio 1:30. Medical, surgical, and orthopedic patient population. Tele on the floor with a centralized tele station. No titratable drips except Heparin. RT is available 24 hours on the floor. Shift & Scheduling Weekend requirement: as needed.
