Contract RN - Emergency Room (Evenings/Nights) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract. This position offers a mix of evening and night shifts in a Level III trauma center, with exposure to a wide variety of emergency cases, including trauma, stroke, and cardiac emergencies.

Shift Times:

Mix of 1 PM-11 PM, 1 PM-1 AM, and 6 PM-6 AM Primarily nights, with occasional mid-shifts Every third weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) No call requirements Position Details Level III Trauma Center 11 ER beds and 1 trauma bed

Patient Ratios:

1:3 in the main ER; 1:2 for ICU-level acuity

Charting System:

EPIC Navy blue scrubs required No floating requirements Requirements Active RN license Minimum of 1 year of ER experience

BLS ACLS PALS ENPC TNCC CPI

Ability to independently interpret telemetry Strong communication and teamwork skills Rural or community hospital experience preferred First-time travelers welcome
