This is a purpose-built role with a consistent schedule and a direct impact on how patients access care after hours.
Schedule:
2p - 10p or 4p - Midnight, five evenings per week. Some flexibility on one weekend evening is available. Qualifications Active RN license required; some experience in a psychiatric or acute care setting preferred LPN candidates with strong, directly relevant psychiatric experience will be considered What You Bring Solid working knowledge of mental health levels of care in New Hampshire Strong customer service skills with a patient-first approach Ability to initiate tasks independently and advocate for patients presenting with a wide range of psychiatric and substance use needs Comfort reading emergency department review of systems and lab work quickly to flag admission concerns Critical thinking skills paired with a bias toward forward progress and a stigma-free approach in all communications Ability to work independently without distraction and as part of a multidisciplinary team Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Why This Role This position was created to fill a specific gap in after-hours referral processing and provider support. You will not be floating between units or filling coverage. You will own a focused workflow with a clear scope, a consistent schedule, and a direct line to the clinical team making admission decisions.
