Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an operating room setting Strong assessment and patient advocacy skills Familiarity with perioperative safety protocols Ability to adapt to fast-paced, team-driven environments BLS and ACLS certifications (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures Monitor patient status before, during, and after operations Maintain sterile field integrity and support surgeons and anesthesia providers Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Document procedures and patient progress accurately Support patient comfort, education, and recovery
