Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to individuals with behavioral health needs, including assessment, treatment, and support Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordinate discharge planning Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote excellent patient outcomes Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and cultural sensitivity

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of NJ Behavioral health experience strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Passion for delivering compassionate patient care and improving outcomes
