1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring high-volume ED experience and NJ or Compact RN licensure. Details Work in a high-volume Emergency Department setting Day shift schedule, 3x12 hour shifts (11:00-23:00) Every other weekend and every other holiday (EOW/EOH) required No on-call responsibilities Floating required among 7 hospitals within skillset (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, OLOL, Camden Satellite, Berlin Satellite) Block scheduling not permitted Epic EMR experience required Requirements Active NJ or Compact RN license required, verified via Nursys dated within 2 weeks of consideration Minimum 2 years of RN experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months High-volume Emergency Department experience required BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required, with BLS not expiring within 30 days of assignment start Trauma and Stroke CEUs required Must pass a Dysrhythmia exam within 72 hours of signing, taken on a PC (not compatible with iOS devices), with only 2 attempts allowed Must complete pre-employment labs within 48 hours of signing Must be clean shaven for fit testing prior to working on the unit Additional Information Care for a general adult/pediatric ED population with a wide range of conditions including trauma, cardiac, respiratory, neurological, and psychiatric cases Facility is a STEMI and Stroke certified facility RTO must be submitted at time of consideration; requests after submission will not be accepted, and no RTO is allowed during the first week of the assignment Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are subject to the local rate First-time travelers accepted but not preferred COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required with no exemptions
