Aesthetic & Wellness Specialist Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing medical aesthetics practice and play a key role in expanding our aesthetics and wellness services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetic treatments, patient care, and aesthetic medicine, with a passion for helping patients achieve their wellness and aesthetic goals. This position will focus on providing exceptional patient consultations, developing individualized treatment plans, and performing advanced aesthetic procedures including cosmetic injectables, laser treatments, IV infusions, and other anti-aging and wellness protocols. The selected candidate will help launch and grow the aesthetics brand within our practice while contributing to the overall success and continued growth of our medical team. Training will take place at our Marlboro location. The position will transition to our new East Brunswick facility opening in approximately 4 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Educate patients on aesthetic services, treatment options, skincare recommendations, and wellness protocols. Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Administer injectable treatments for facial wrinkles, facial balancing, and volume restoration using products such as Botox®, Juvederm®, Voluma®, and other leading aesthetic products. Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including laser and energy-based procedures. Provide IV infusion treatments and wellness services as trained and authorized. Collaborate with patients to develop personalized treatment plans based on consultations and aesthetic goals. Maintain excellent patient service standards while following all clinical protocols and safety guidelines. Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all treatments. Maintain accurate charting and detailed clinical documentation for every patient encounter. Recommend appropriate skincare regimens, aesthetic services, and wellness treatments based on patient needs. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and marketing initiatives to support practice growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an aesthetic or cosmetic practice preferred. Experience performing cosmetic injectables, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Knowledge and experience with energy-based devices and aesthetic lasers preferred. Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety. Excellent communication skills and a professional, patient-focused approach. Professional appearance that reflects the standards of the aesthetic industry. Ability to provide 3 professional references.
