Provide specialized care for diverse populations including geriatrics, and those requiring memory or dementia care. Engage in patient education on health coaching topics including nutrition, medication administration, and chronic disease management. Requirements Valid RN license in good standing with current state registration. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding (ICD-9/10) Excellent patient assessment skills Experience working with individuals with disabilities or those requiring specialized memory or dementia care is highly desirable.
