The ideal candidate is confident performing aesthetic treatments, passionate about creating natural-looking results, and comfortable educating patients on comprehensive treatment plans. Key Responsibilities Perform aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals Administer neurotoxins and dermal fillers with a strong emphasis on safety, facial anatomy, and natural-looking results Experience with Allergan products strongly preferred , including Botox® and the JUVÉDERM® portfolio Perform SkinPen® microneedling treatments Perform or assist with appropriate laser and energy-based aesthetic treatments Administer IV vitamin and hydration therapies in accordance with provider orders and clinical protocols Administer vitamin and wellness injections , including IM and subcutaneous injections as appropriate Provide patients with hands-on education and demonstrations for proper self-administration of prescribed HRT medications, peptides, and GLP-1 therapies , including appropriate injection technique, medication handling, storage, and safe disposal of supplies Reinforce provider-directed treatment instructions and answer appropriate patient questions regarding injection technique and administration Conduct thorough before-and-after assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation Educate patients on medical-grade skincare, supplements, treatment packages, and appropriate at-home care Recommend comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans rather than focusing on individual treatments alone Build strong patient relationships that encourage retention, rebooking, referrals, and long-term care Maintain excellent clinical, safety, sanitation, and patient-care standards Collaborate closely with our aesthetic, wellness, patient care, and management teams Wellness Knowledge Because 4Ever Young combines aesthetics with health and wellness, we are especially interested in candidates who have knowledge of or experience working around: Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Peptide therapy GLP-1 medical weight management IV vitamin and hydration therapy Vitamin injections Vitamins and supplements Healthy aging, body composition, and overall wellness The injector is not expected to independently prescribe or manage therapies outside their legal scope of practice, but should be comfortable supporting provider-directed treatment plans, educating patients on proper medication administration, and identifying opportunities to refer patients to the appropriate wellness provider. Qualifications Active RN, NP, PA, or other applicable professional license required for the position and state Previous aesthetic injecting experience strongly preferred Experience with Botox®, JUVÉDERM®, and other Allergan/AbbVie aesthetic products Experience with SkinPen microneedling Experience with laser or energy-based aesthetic treatments preferred Experience with IV therapy, IM injections, and subcutaneous injections preferred Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection safety, and aesthetic assessment Knowledge of HRT, peptides, GLP-1 therapies, supplements, and wellness services is a significant plus Comfortable educating patients on provider-prescribed injectable wellness therapies Excellent consultation, communication, and patient education skills Comfortable discussing treatment plans, packages, memberships, skincare, and complementary services Strong sales mindset while maintaining a patient-first approach Organized, reliable, professional, and able to manage a productive schedule Team-oriented and eager to contribute to the growth of the practice What We're Looking For We want more than someone who simply performs injections.
