Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or PA to join our innovative team dedicated to enhancing beauty and confidence through advanced aesthetic treatments. Must have at least 2 years aesthetic injecting experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, boutique environment where your skills directly impact clients' self-esteem and well-being. 10-4pm
Saturday:
9-1pm (1 Saturday a month) Duties Perform non-invasive aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin treatment), laser treatments, and other skin rejuvenation techniques with precision and care. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, and skin analysis to develop tailored treatment plans. Educate clients on treatment options, post-procedure care, and realistic outcomes to ensure satisfaction and safety. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, manage complications, and maintain high standards of safety and hygiene. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies using electronic health record (EHR) systems Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and regulatory requirements through ongoing education and professional development. Requirements Active Nurse Practitioner or PA license with certification in aesthetics or relevant specialty training. Proven experience performing aesthetic procedures such as dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser treatments Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and skin biology relevant to cosmetic treatments. Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about procedures and aftercare. Critical care experience or hospital background preferred, especially in acute pain management or emergency medicine settings. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Pay:
$122,694.93 - $134,222.16 per year
