Aesthetic Injectable & Dermal Filler experience are necessary. You need to love being an injector and love working with people. You will need outstanding customer service skills as well as the knowledge to educate and give guidance to clients about procedures and treatments to attain desired goals. You will also have the opportunity to learn about our laser, wellness, weight loss and hormone practice programs and eventually help promote these as well! This is a rewarding position for a motivated, educated, and experienced individual who is constantly learning and perfecting their skillset.
Job Description:
  • Maintain a high-level standard of service
  • Perform comprehensive analysis and evaluation on patients. Develop treatment plans and sales packages.
  • Ensure patient's safety and comfort and smooth flow of patient care at all times
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for treatments through proper documentation.
  • Administer injectable treatments; Neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport), dermal fillers (Juvéderm and Restylane families of products as well as and other well-known products in a professional/clinical atmosphere
  • Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client
  • Recommends various wellness treatments, skin regimens based on client consultations
  • Maintain a clean, professional and organized work area
  • Have a strong work ethic, communication, inter-personal skills and an ability to close and maintain business
  • Contributes to practice marketing activities and events What you'll need:
  • Minimum 1 year of aesthetic experience required
  • NJ Licenses must be Current and in Good Standing
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to earn your clients trust
  • Must be a self-starter and motivated to grow
  • Must maintain yearly continued education and stay current on product lines, industry trends & services
