School Nurse (K-12)Position Summary:
Ridgewood Public Schools seeks a School Nurse at Ridgewood High School. The successful candidate will be expected to: Oversee school health policies and programs, via the District Nursing Services Plan, and the District Physicians' Standing Orders Developing and administering a coordinated school health program Implementing the school's medications policies and proceduresWorking Conditions:

June 30, 2027 plus 3 days of New Teacher Orientation in August Full-time, permanent position, medical benefits and pension. Salary range is $70,062-$125,242 commensurate with education and experience as per negotiated contract.Application Procedure:

New Jersey School Nurse Certification Demonstrated ability to be highly capable, energetic and student-centered in the care of students. Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of organization and be able to multitask Demonstrated ability to assist in planning and maintaining a safe and healthful school environment including the establishment and implementation of emergency care procedures Must be able to effectively communicate with teachers, parents and administrators both verbally and in writing Must be able to work collaboratively and have experience maintaining harmonious relationships with students, colleagues and parentsCareer Insights for School Nurse
