Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Minimum of one year recent Medical-Surgical (MS) RN experience preferred BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Previous travel nurse experience is a plus but not required

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care to adult patients within a fast-paced Medical-Surgical unit Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement care plans Monitor and document patient responses, ensuring safety and swift interventions as needed Provide education and emotional support to patients and families
