Key Duties:

Conduct rapid assessments, triage, and administer appropriate emergency interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective, compassionate patient care Monitor, document, and communicate changes in patient status to medical staff Administer medications, operate specialized equipment, and perform procedures within ER scope Maintain accurate, timely patient records and comply with facility policies and safety protocols

Qualifications:

Active RN license (unencumbered) Minimum of one year (recent) experience in an ER setting Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and TNCC preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
