Qualifications:

Active RN license (Multi-State or New Mexico) Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred) Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience Current

BLS, ACLS

certification Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based care to a diverse med-surg patient population Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Support patient and family education Adhere to all facility policies and regulatory guidelines
