Provide patient-centered emergency care in a dynamic hospital environment Conduct accurate initial assessments and ongoing patient evaluations Develop and implement individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments per protocol Collaborate with physicians, staff, and families to ensure high-quality care Document care and interventions in compliance with hospital standards Participate in emergency procedures and Point of Care testing Support and educate patients and families during hospitalization and dischargeWhat You Need:
Current RN license in New Mexico or a valid Compact state license BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications from AHA Minimum of 1-2 years recent emergency department experience Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment About theAssignment:
