What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality nursing care in a Medical/Surgical setting Administer medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring for side effects Conduct assessments, document patient history, and update EMR (EPIC) Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and float across departments as needed Maintain compliance with facility policies, dress code (grey scrubs), and safety protocols Support patients with emotional, psychological, and social needs in accordance with ANA standards
What You Need:
Valid RN license in New Mexico or a valid Compact state license BLS certification via AHA At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and adapt to different departments About the
