Competitive pay package Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws 24/7 dedicated support team throughout your assignment What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to surgical patients in a fast-paced hospital environment Administer medications and treatments following protocols Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergent needs effectively Document patient histories, assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care Educate patients and families, addressing their social, emotional, and cultural needs Maintain compliance with facility policies and standards, including EPIC electronic health records What You Need Current RN license in New Mexico or a valid Compact license BLS certification from AHA Minimum 1 year of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred Ability to float between Med/Surg units as needed Excellent communication and critical thinking skills About the Assignment This full-time travel RN role is based at a leading hospital in Santa Fe, NM, caring for surgical patients in a dynamic, patient-focused setting. The unit operates 24/7 and offers rotating shifts, with responsibilities including medication administration, patient assessments, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The assignment is scheduled from 09/28/2026 to 12/26/2026, with an expected end date aligned with project needs.
