Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Are you a Registered Nurse who wants to work somewhere that values your leadership, clinical judgment, and compassion? What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will: Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in resident condition Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff during your shift Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with CMS regulations and facility policies Participate in care planning, QAPI initiatives, and infection prevention practices Help create a positive environment that promotes dignity, respect, and excellent customer service What We're Looking For Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - State of Nevada Current CPR/BLS certification Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to lead a team and support fellow caregivers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience withPoint Click Care systems preferred What We Offer We believe our team deserves the same level of care and support that we provide to our residents.
