Qualifications:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification (state or eligible for reciprocity) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field Experience with K-12 students strongly preferred Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, adaptable attitude Willingness to embrace new environments and educational methodologies

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized instruction and support to a caseload of up to 35 students (K-12; age group preference available) Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with general education staff, families, and support personnel Maintain accurate student records and progress reports Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all learners
