In this role, The RN is responsible for providing rapid assessment, triage, and comprehensive emergency nursing care for patients with acute and critical conditions while coordinating interdisciplinary treatment plans in accordance with hospital policies, procedures, and Emergency Department standards

PRN | Days | Nights What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect patient care Assess patients' physical and psychosocial conditions appropriately Monitor patient conditions, respond to & communicate clinical changes, & document care accurately Precept new staff and provide guidance and support to LPN and CNA team members Maintain professional standards, licensure, certifications, continuing education & competency requirements Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and uphold QHC Service Excellence Standards Perform other related duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:
