As a Night On-Call Registered Nurse, you will be integral in providing compassionate nursing care and case management for our hospice patients and their families.You will:
Implement personalized care plans, providing symptom management, pain relief, and interventions to ensure comfort. Oversee hospice admissions and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care. Educate families and caregivers on effective symptom management and end-of-life care techniques. Conduct support visits at the first-in-the-area Guest House, further supporting our mission to ensure that "no one should die alone."Qualifications:
RN Nursing License in the State of Nevada. Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record. Minimum one year of nursing experience, ideally in oncology, med-surg, hospice, or home care. Proficiency with electronic medical records and computer navigation. Willingness to travel in possible weather and within service area of the Washoe/Lyon/Carson/Storey/Douglas Counties.
