Rapid start available AMX Healthcare is hiring experienced and dependable Registered Nurses for 13-week contract opportunities at a respected nursing and rehabilitation facility in Queens, New York. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available. This opportunity offers competitive pay, consistent evening hours, and the flexibility to select the schedule that best fits your availability. Responsibilities Conduct nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders. Develop, review, and update individualized nursing care plans. Respond appropriately to emergencies and clinical concerns. Coordinate resident care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other direct-care staff as assigned. Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and hospital returns. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Provide detailed shift reports to ensure continuity of care. Follow infection-control, medication-management, safety, and facility procedures. Provide respectful, compassionate, and resident-centered care. Requirements Active New York State RN license in good standing. Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred. Current CPR or BLS certification. Current physical and tuberculosis screening. Strong assessment, medication-administration, and documentation skills. Dependable attendance and reliable transportation. Ability to work the complete 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. shift and every other weekend. Ability to complete onboarding and compliance requirements promptly. What We Offer $60.00 per hour.
