Category Nursing - RN-ER Job Type Contract Deliver essential care and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment as a Registered Nurse. Skilled ER RNs are needed to provide quality care, support patients and families, and collaborate alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team. This contract assignment offers an opportunity to expand your clinical expertise and work with a diverse patient population.
Qualifications:
Current, active Registered Nurse license (RN) in good standing Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Emergency Room setting Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment skills and ability to respond quickly to emergencies Experience with triage, trauma, and critical care situations Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Proficient documentation and computer skills
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for individuals experiencing urgent and emergent medical conditions Quickly identify and respond to rapidly changing patient status Provide emotional support and education to patients and families Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals in developing and carrying out care plans Safely administer medications, monitor IVs, and perform interventions as required Maintain accurate records of nursing observations, interventions, and patient outcomes Adhere to infection control policies, hospital protocols, and best practices in emergency care This contract assignment provides valuable exposure to a dynamic Emergency Department, with a supportive atmosphere focused on patient-centered care and professional growth.
