Your expertise as a Registered Nurse will be instrumental in ensuring safe and efficient surgical procedures, supporting both patients and the surgical team throughout every step.

Key Qualifications:

Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of one year of experience in an Operating Room setting Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing standards and practices Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, surgical techs, and ancillary staff Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills Proficient in patient assessment, operative documentation, and sterile technique

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care during pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases Prepare OR suites, equipment, and instruments in accordance with surgical case requirements Circulate and/or scrub as needed during a wide variety of surgical procedures Monitor and document patients' vital signs, responses, and progress throughout the procedure Support physician and anesthesia staff, anticipating needs to promote safe surgical outcomes Uphold infection control policies and participate in quality improvement initiatives
