About the Role We are seeking a skilled, personable, and wellness-minded Registered Nurse to support our growing wellness and aesthetics division. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys connecting with patients, thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, and has a genuine passion for helping women feel healthier, more confident, and supported through every stage of life. In addition to IV therapy services, this role may also support women's wellness treatments, hair restoration services, regenerative therapies, aesthetic support services, and overall patient experience initiatives within the practice. What You'll Do Administer IV vitamin and wellness therapies safely and confidently Perform patient assessments before, during, and after treatments Educate patients on wellness, recovery, hydration, and supportive therapies Assist with women's wellness and supportive treatment services as trained Support hair restoration and regenerative aesthetic services Help create a warm, elevated, and relationship-driven patient experience Assist with patient retention, follow-up, and overall practice growth initiatives Support front desk and administrative operations as needed within a collaborative team environment Work closely with providers across wellness, hormones, aesthetics, intimate health, and regenerative services What We're Looking For Active RN license in New York State Experience with IV insertion and infusion therapy required Passion for women's health, wellness, aesthetics, and patient care Warm, compassionate, polished bedside manner Strong communication and relationship-building skills Team-oriented mentality with willingness to support the practice wherever needed Interest in regenerative medicine, hair restoration, hormones, longevity, and aesthetics is highly encouraged Experience in wellness, med spa, OB/GYN, hormone, or aesthetic settings is a plus Why Join FemmPro?
