Schedule:

3x12-hour night shifts

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to stepdown and telemetry patients, ensuring safety and rapid response to changes in condition Monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications, and manage advanced monitoring systems Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and allied staff for comprehensive patient care planning and implementation Educate patients and families about procedures, progress, and at-home care requirements

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Active RN license and BLS certification required; ACLS highly preferred Minimum of 1 year of recent Stepdown or Telemetry RN experience Strong telemetry interpretation and critical care skills Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork abilities
