Position Summary:
The RN Nurse Educator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting staff education and training programs to ensure quality resident care and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role supports staff development, onboarding, clinical competencies, and ongoing professional growth within the nursing home.

K Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver orientation and ongoing education programs for nursing staff. Conduct skills training, competency evaluations, and clinical in-services. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and policies. Educate staff on infection control, safety procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. Monitor and track required certifications, licenses, and training records. Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify educational needs and performance improvement opportunities. Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing. Previous staff education or training experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required in a healthcare environment.
