Direct Deposit Pay Rate:
$115,000-$125,000 Position Summary Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating staff education and training programs to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and ongoing nursing education Provide in-services, annual competencies, and mandatory training Track and maintain staff licensure, certifications, and education records Identify learning needs and address performance gaps through education Support survey readiness and regulatory compliance Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff Participate in QAPI and assist with policy and procedure updates Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Staff development and PCC experience a must Strong communication, teaching, and organizational skills Knowledge of state and federal SNF regulations
