Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active and unrestricted RN license Previous experience working in emergency room (ER) settings Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications Strong assessment, triage, and crisis management skills Familiarity with EMR charting systems Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Willingness to adapt to evolving protocols and patient volumes

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess and triage incoming patients in the emergency department Deliver prompt, evidence-based nursing care for trauma, cardiac, medical, and pediatric emergencies Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform necessary interventions Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other clinicians Accurately document patient care and responses in electronic health records Provide patient and family education and maintain a supportive bedside manner Uphold established safety, infection control, and confidentiality protocols
