is a definite advantage. This position would best suit someone who is a great team player, quick learner with good critical thinking skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities & duties to include: Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and medical history. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Provide support to patients and their families regarding health management. Document patient care activities accurately in Medent, our electronic health records system. Skills Experience working with individuals across the lifespan is desirable. Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to nursing practice is necessary. Ability to provide compassionate care with patience and understanding. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
