The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient-centered care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and demonstrate proficiency in both acute and chronic patient management. This role requires someone who excels in dynamic environments while maintaining a high standard of clinical judgment and compassion.
Key Qualifications:
Valid and current RN license Clinical experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry settings preferred Proficiency in patient monitoring, vital sign interpretation, and responding to telemetry alarms Knowledge of EHR systems and medical documentation practices Strong assessment and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in Med Surg and Telemetry units Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs, intervening as needed Administer medications, treatments, and perform assessments as prescribed Educate patients and their families about ongoing therapies, discharge planning, and wellness strategies Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and other nurses to develop individualized care plans Maintain detailed, accurate records in compliance with facility protocols and regulatory standards Promote a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for patients and colleagues This contract position offers weekly earnings ranging from $2200 to $2400, providing an excellent financial opportunity while allowing you to make a meaningful difference in patient outcomes.
