SCHEDULE
- Full-Time
- 40 Hours per Week
- Monday to Friday
- No Evenings
- No Weekends

COMPENSATION
- $118,000 to $145,000+ Base Salary, negotiable dependent on experience

The new breast surgery physician assistant or nurse practitioner will work in a collaborative environment with an established, integrated care team of physicians, advanced practice providers, RNs, LPNs, medical assistants, and non-clinical support staff. Providers are supported by highly-trained clinical assistants and on-site management in comfortable, modern settings. This includes scribes and staff to perform administrative tasks, ensuring providers are able to focus solely on patient care. Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:- evaluation and counseling of new patients with breast cancer
- evaluation and counseling of new patients with benign breast concerns
- long-term evaluation and monitoring of patients successfully treated for breast cancer
- assist in the post-operative care of patients
- evaluation and monitoring of patients at high risk of developing breast cancer
- genetic counseling Providers see a variable (and always manageable) number of patients per day, based upon needs and types of appointments scheduled.
EHR. REQUIREMENTS
- New York NP or PA license
- board certification (PA-C, FNP, etc.)
- DEA•1+ year advanced practice experience in breast surgery strongly preferred•previous RN or similar experience in a relevant field may be considered•genetic counseling experience preferred but not required; training provided
