We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for private clients in the Hamptons.

This opportunity involves providing nursing care in a private home setting , ensuring a seamless and personalized care experience while supporting the client's ongoing treatment plan. TrustHouse has ongoing private duty opportunities throughout the Hamptons region , including additional visit-based assignments as well as 12-hour shift cases . This role is ideal for nurses who are confident in their clinical foundation and comfortable delivering attentive, relationship-based care in an upscale home environment. Your Role in Excellence Provide high-quality, one-on-one nursing care in a private residence Perform daily nursing visits and infusion-related care as directed Assess, monitor, and document patient status and response to treatment Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established care plans Collaborate with physicians, care managers, and family members to ensure continuity of care Deliver exceptional patient and family education with professionalism and compassion Maintain the highest standards of discretion, reliability, and clinical excellence The Ideal Candidate Active New York State RN License required BSN required Minimum 2 years of inpatient acute care experience required Experience with infusion therapy strongly preferred Experience in ICU, CCU, ED, Oncology , or other acute care settings highly valued Current BLS Certification required Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and communication skills Why Choose TrustHouse?
