Registered Nurse (RN)

Contract Schedule:
Multiple shifts available, including 8-hour and 12-hour shifts depending on the facility
Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients/residents according to the plan of care. Perform nursing assessments and monitor patients for changes in physical and behavioral condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document vital signs, patient condition, and response to treatment. Process and follow physician/medical orders. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in the facility's EHR. Assist with admissions, transfers, discharge planning, and continuity of care. Communicate patient status and changes with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients. Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and patient care needs. Supervise/delegate duties to CNA or other assigned nursing staff, as applicable. Follow facility policies, infection-control procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
Current BLS certification ; AHA BLS may be required depending on the facility.
Pay:
$50.00 - $51.00 per hour
