Key Responsibilities:

Deliver expert patient care throughout all phases of Electrophysiology lab procedures. Assist the cardiology team with monitoring, prepping, and recovery of EP lab patients. Anticipate physician needs, manage supplies, and maintain sterile procedures during interventions. Educate patients and families regarding pre- and post-procedure care. Accurately and promptly document all patient interactions and interventions in the EMR. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Qualifications:

Active RN license (state eligibility required). Minimum of 1-2 years current EP lab experience. Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring, arrhythmias, and device management. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills. EPIC or similar EMR proficiency preferred.
